Ultimate Prosecco Mimosa

Ingredients
  

  • dash ANGOSTURA orange bitters
  • 4 oz chilled prosecco
  • 4 oz chilled fresh squeezed orange juice - strained of any pulp
  • maraschino cherry and orange wedge for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add a dash of ANGOSTURA orange bitters to a champagne flute and gently pour in the prosecco.
  2. Add the orange juice and garnish with a cherry and orange wedge
