Ultimate Game Day Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese Block, grated
  • 14 oz Tillamook Original Cream Cheese Spreads - or Chive & Onion for a pop of flavor
  • 2 1/2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • Tillamook Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese

Method
 

  1. Place the cheddar cheese, cream cheese spreads, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Spoon the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap to cover completely. Once covered you can use your hands to press and form the mixture into the shape of a football.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. About 20 minute before serving, take the cheese ball from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and gently press the finely chopped pecans into the cheese ball, covering all sides.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into strips and place on top of the cheese ball to resemble laces.
  6. Serve with crackers, chips, pretzels, etc.
