Thanksgiving Leftovers Biscuit Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Cappello’s Buttermilk Biscuits or Cappello’s Cheddar Biscuits 6 biscuits
  • 1 cup leftover roasted turkey sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup stuffing
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce whole berry or jellied
  • ½ cup turkey gravy
  • 3 tablespoons butter optional for brushing biscuits

Method
 

  1. Bake the Biscuits - Preheat the oven to 380°F.
  2. Place frozen biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake on the top rack for 21-22 minutes. (Oven temperatures and cook times will vary.) Optional: Brush tops with butter immediately after baking for extra flavor.
  4. Warm the Leftovers - In separate dishes, warm turkey, stuffing, and gravy until heated through.
  5. Assemble the Sliders - Slice each biscuit in half horizontally.
  6. Layer the bottom half with a spoonful of stuffing, then add turkey and a drizzle of warm gravy.
  7. Top with cranberry sauce for a sweet-tart finish, then crown with the biscuit top.
  8. Serve immediately while warm. These sliders are best enjoyed fresh, with extra gravy on the side for dipping.

Notes

For added texture, lightly toast the biscuit halves before assembling. You can also add mashed potatoes or a slice of cheese for a creative twist on the classic leftovers sandwich.
