- Brown and crumble the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat, drain any excess fat.
- Add water, canned tomatoes and chilis, corn, black beans and all spices and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat.
- Remove the tops of the slider buns. Spoon the prepared meat onto the bottom buns.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the meat layer, followed by the lettuce, tomatoes, onion and black olives.
- Add the top buns, serve and enjoy!
