Preheat oven to 450º F.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and cook Gary's QuickSteak according to package directions, using the seasoning packet included in the package. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook for 3 - 5 minutes, until softened. Mix the cooked veggies with the cooked beef.
Use a small knife to cut 24 small football shapes from the 2 pie crusts.
Add a spoonful of meat/veggie mixture atop 12 of the footballs. Sprinkle a small amount of cheese over top.
Place another piece of the cut dough over top and use a fork to crimp and seal the edges.
Cut lines down the middle of the top dough to resemble football laces.
Place the hand pies on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 17 - 20 minutes, until golden brown.
