Ingredients
Lemon Dill Sauce

Carrots

carrots

Hellmann's Mayonnaise

garlic powder
Instructions
Lemon Dill Sauce
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Cover and chill until ready to use.
Carrots
Preheat oven to 400ยบ F.
Wash the carrots and dry with a paper towel. Place on a large sheet pan.
Add the Hellmann's Mayonnaise to a small bowl and mix in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Spoon the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat completely.
Roast the carrots for 35 - 40 minutes, until soft and they begin to caramelize.
Place the roasted carrots on a serving dish and drizzle with the prepared lemon dill sauce.
