Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

CHICKEN

  • 12 boneless skinless chicken breast tenders (about 1-1/2 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
  • 15 round buttery-flavored crackers
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp  salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • PAM® Original or Coconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray

DIPPING SAUCE

  • 1/4 cup Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Gulden’s® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken tenders and Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing in large resealable food storage bag. Seal bag and toss to coat; refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Stir together dipping sauce ingredients in small bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Pour crackers into a gallon-size resealable food storage bag. Seal and crush into fine crumbs. Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder to bag, seal and shake to combine.
  • Drop chicken tenders into bag with cracker crumbs. Shake well to coat chicken and press crumbs onto chicken. Remove from bag to a plate or baking sheet. Spray chicken tenders lightly with PAM® Original or Coconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray. Flip and spray second side lightly with spray.
  • Heat air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Air fry 8 to 10 minutes, until crispy and golden brown (165°F). Serve air fryer chicken tenders with dipping sauce.
