12boneless skinless chicken breast tenders (about 1-1/2 pounds)
1/2cupWish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
15round buttery-flavored crackers
1/2cuppanko bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4tspground black pepper
1/4tspgarlic powder
PAM® Original orCoconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
DIPPING SAUCE
1/4cupHunt's® Tomato Ketchup
1/4cupmayonnaise
2tspGulden’s® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tspground black pepper
1/4tspWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place chicken tenders and Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing in large resealable food storage bag. Seal bag and toss to coat; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Stir together dipping sauce ingredients in small bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour crackers into a gallon-size resealable food storage bag. Seal and crush into fine crumbs. Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder to bag, seal and shake to combine.
Drop chicken tenders into bag with cracker crumbs. Shake well to coat chicken and press crumbs onto chicken. Remove from bag to a plate or baking sheet. Spray chicken tenders lightly with PAM® Original orCoconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray. Flip and spray second side lightly with spray.
Heat air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Air fry 8 to 10 minutes, until crispy and golden brown (165°F). Serve air fryer chicken tenders with dipping sauce.
