POPSICLE TROPICAL ISLAND ESCAPE

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sugar Free Hawaiian pineapple ice pops (from Popsicle Sugar Free Tropicals box)
  • 3 oz sugar free 100% tropical juice of your choice
  • 1 oz unsweetened coconut cream
  • 2 cups ice

Method
 

  1. Remove 2 Hawaiian pineapple ice pops from package. Add to a heatproof glass and microwave for 1 minute to melt (should be about 3 ounces of liquid). When ice pops have melted, remove wooden sticks. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass. If desired, garnish with Hawaiian pineapple ice pop and pineapple fronds.
