Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Chicken Shawarma slices with 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook for about 5–7 minutes (stirring occasionally) until heated through and the edges get that beautiful, charred crispness.
- Place the pita chips on a serving tray and top with the cooked Opaa! ReadyCarved Chicken Shawarma Slices.
- Scatter the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and olives over top.
- Top with hummus and tzatziki and sprinkle with the feta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
