Mediterranean Chicken Shawarma Nachos

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz package Opaa! ReadyCarved Chicken Shawarma Slices
  • 16 oz Pita Chips
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 4 - 6 oz hummus
  • 2 - 4 oz Opaa! Greek Yogurt Tzatziki
  • 4 oz crumbled feta
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Chicken Shawarma slices with 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook for about 5–7 minutes (stirring occasionally) until heated through and the edges get that beautiful, charred crispness.
  2. Place the pita chips on a serving tray and top with the cooked Opaa! ReadyCarved Chicken Shawarma Slices.
  3. Scatter the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and olives over top.
  4. Top with hummus and tzatziki and sprinkle with the feta.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
