Los Calientes Rojo Chicken Enchilada Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Hot Ones Los Calientes Rojo Sauce + extra for serving
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 15 oz canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup canned corn, drained
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, chicken, Hot Ones Los Calientes Rojo Sauce, enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, all spices and 1 1/2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Transfer the dip to a 10" ovenproof dish or pan. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  4. Bake until warm and bubbly, 20 - 25 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with additional Hot Ones Los Calientes Rojo Sauce, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
