Method
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, chicken, Hot Ones Los Calientes Rojo Sauce, enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, all spices and 1 1/2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese.
- Transfer the dip to a 10" ovenproof dish or pan. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake until warm and bubbly, 20 - 25 minutes.
- Drizzle with additional Hot Ones Los Calientes Rojo Sauce, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
