Klondike Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches
  • 1/2 cup fudge sauce
  • 4 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (+ additional for decoration, if desired)

Method
 

  1. Line a 1.5 quart loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing at least a 1" overhang.
  2. Fold the crushed cookies into the whipped topping and set aside.
  3. Place 2 1/2 Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup of fudge sauce over top of the ice cream sandwiches.
  5. Spread half of the whipped topping mixture over the fudge sauce.
  6. Top with 2 1/2 additional Klondike Ice Cream Sandwiches, followed by the remaining fudge and then the remaining whipped topping mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with additional crushed cookies, if desired.
  8. Cover and freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Cut and serve! Enjoy!
