Method
- Place all marinade ingredients into a blender and pulse until blended and emulsified.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade to use as a dressing.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the chicken over medium high heat and cook 4 - 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Drizzle with the remaining dressing (thinning with a little water if needed), serve and enjoy!
