Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk together the honey, olive oil, cinnamon and ginger and pour half of the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish. Lay the yams in a single layer on top and pour the rest of the honey mixture on top. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Place the yams in a serving dish and add the toasted pecans to the baking dish to toss the rest of the cooking liquid with the pecans. Pour over the yams and serve.
