Havarti & Peach Grilled FlatbreadĀ

Ingredients
  

  • 4 peaches - halved
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 4 oz Amish Country Havarti - shredded
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • hot honey - for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat your grill to medium high.
  2. Brush the peaches with olive oil and grill for 2 - 3 minutes per side, until lightly charred. Remove from grill and slice into wedges.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup of pesto on each flatbread then top each with 2 oz prosciutto, 2 oz of shredded cheese and the grilled peach slices.
  4. Place the prepared flatbread on the grill and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, until the flatbread has a light char and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the grill, sprinkle arugula over the flatbread and drizzle with hot honey. Slice, serve and enjoy!
