Halloween Bagel Mummy Pizzas

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bagels
  • 2 cups Carbone Tomato Basil or Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese slices or string cheese
  • Sliced black olives or small pieces of bell pepper for the eyes
  • Your favorite pizza toppings, pepperoni, mushrooms, etc. pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the bagels in half.
  3. Spread a generous layer of your favorite Carbone sauce on each bagel half.
  4. If using sliced mozzarella, cut it into thin strips. If you have string cheese, simply pull it apart into thin strips.
  5. Lay the cheese strips across the top of the sauced bagel, crisscrossing them to look like mummy wrappings. Leave a small space near the top for the eyes.
  6. Add two pepperoni with two olive slices (or small pieces of bell pepper) to the open space to create the mummy’s eyes.
  7. If you want to add other toppings, you can place them under the cheese strips.
  8. Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let them cool for a minute or two before serving. Enjoy your spooky, delicious meal!
