Method
- Grill the Vidalia Onion slices over medium high heat until lightly charred and softened. Allow to cool.
- Chop the grilled onions and add to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix to combine.
- Taste and season with additional salt as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve with plenty of Breton Crackers.
