Grilled Vidalia Onion Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Vidalia Onions - Sliced thick
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Breton Crackers
  • chives - for garnish

Method
 

  1. Grill the Vidalia Onion slices over medium high heat until lightly charred and softened. Allow to cool.
  2. Chop the grilled onions and add to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix to combine.
  3. Taste and season with additional salt as needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with plenty of Breton Crackers.
