Preheat grill to 300º F. Add the apple juice and apple cider vinegar to a foil pan large enough to hold the rack of ribs.
Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the underside of the ribs.
Sprinkle the Weber Dry Rub over the front and back of the ribs.
Place the ribs in the foil pan and cover tightly with foil.
Place the pan on the grill, close the lid and cook the ribs for approximately 2 hours at 300º F (until internal temperature of the ribs reads 180°F).
Remove the ribs from the pan, increase the temperature of the grill to medium high and place the ribs directly on the grates and grill 7 - 10 minutes per side until lightly charred.
Remove from the grill, rest for at least 5 minutes then slice and serve with your favorite sauce.
