Grilled Caprese Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 3 slices GalbaniĀ® Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 fresh tomato - sliced
  • fresh basil - torn
  • balsamic glaze (if desired)

Method
 

  1. Spread the pesto over the flatbread.
  2. Layer the tomatoes and mozzarella over top.
  3. Grill the pizza over medium high heat for 5 - 7 minutes, until cheese melts and flatbread begins to crisp up.
  4. Top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze (if desired).
