Garlic Ranch Turkey Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked pasta I like rotini or penne
  • 1.5 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Garlic Dip & Spread
  • 2 tbsp milk or buttermilk, for desired consistency
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded turkey, celery, red onion, and thawed peas.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Hellmann's Garlic Dip & Spread, milk, parsley, dill, salt & pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta and turkey mixture. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
