Firecracker Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ct pkg Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
  • 3 - 4 tbsp mayonnaise - add to the consistency you prefer
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce - more or less to your taste
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • paprika and chives for serving - if desired

Method
 

  1. Slice the Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolk into a small bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, Sriracha, salt and cayenne pepper to the bowl with the yolks and stir until smooth.
  3. Pipe or use a spoon the filling into each egg white.
  4. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives then serve and enjoy!
