- Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add pork and stir fry 5 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
- Add cabbage and carrots. Continue to stir fry until cabbage is wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and cook an additional minute, until liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the green onion and cilantro.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with won ton strips.
