Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp  sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated fine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg Hatfield Honey Garlic Teriyaki Dry Rub Seasoned Pork Tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 large head cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 3 - 4 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • crispy won ton strips

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add pork and stir fry 5 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
  2. Add cabbage and carrots. Continue to stir fry until cabbage is wilted, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce and cook an additional minute, until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Stir in the green onion and cilantro.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and top with won ton strips.
