Easy Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked diced turkey
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp finely minced red onion - optional, but adds a nice bite
  • 1/4 cup toasted, chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup diced apple
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, Hellmann's Mayonnaise, celery, red onion, walnuts, cranberries and apples.
  2. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed and the turkey is coated.
  3. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Serve right away, or chill for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend fully.
