Easy Teriyaki Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
  

  • Hatfield® Honey Garlic Teriyaki Pork Loin Filet cut into chunks
  • red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • fresh pineapple cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki glaze

Method
 

  1. Thread the pork, bell pepper and pineapple chunks onto a skewer.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  3. Grill the kabobs for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting with reserved marinade, until lightly charred and pork is cooked through.
  4. Serve over rice and enjoy!
