Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, salt and parsley and stir to combine.
Remove the dough from the can and split the biscuits into two layers creating 16 pieces. If using bread dough, cut the dough into 16 pieces and press to flatten into rounds.
Dip a dough piece into the butter mixture and top with a quarter slice of the Gayo Azul Gouda Cheese. Continue with the remaining dough, stacking them on top of each other to create two stacks of 8 dough pieces.
Place the dough stacks horizontally into the prepared loaf pan.
Place the remaining cheese on top of the dough. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake an additional 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool slightly and serve.
