- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly over the flatbreads.
- Generously top with La Chona Quesadilla Mexican Style Melting Cheese. This cheese is the star here, so don't be shy!
- Arrange your jalapeño slices and crumbled bacon over the cheese.
- Place the flatbreads directly on the oven rack (or a baking sheet for a softer crust) and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the La Chona cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!
