Method
- Stir the garlic powder and salt into the melted butter and brush onto the cut side of the buns.
- Heat a large skillet and cook for 4 - 6 minutes, until golden.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the Carbona Marinara onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Add a cooked chicken fillet and top with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Place under a broiler to melt the cheese if desired.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the Carbona Marinara over the cheese and add the top bun. Serve and enjoy.
