Ingredients
  

  • 2 pouches Mahatma Cilantro Limon Ready to Heat Rice
  • 12 - 16 oz grilled chicken cubed
  • 8 oz queso fresco cheese
  • chopped tomatoes
  • grilled corn
  • diced avocado
  • chopped cilantro
  • salsa
  • lime wedges if desired

Method
 

  1. Heat the Mahatma Ready to Heat according to package instructions.
  2. Divide the rice between 4 bowls.
  3. Add chicken, cheese and any additional desired toppings.
  4. Serve with salsa and lime wedges. Enjoy!
