Place the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and honey in a large bowl and mix to combine.
Mix in the diced SugarBee® Apples.
Spoon the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap to cover completely. Gently shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
About 20 minute before serving, take the cheese ball from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and gently press the pecan mixture into the cheese ball, covering all sides.
Serve with crackers and sliced SugarBee® Apples.
