Easy Apple Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese - softened
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cups SugarBee® Apples - diced
  • 1 cup toasted pecans - finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and honey in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  • Mix in the diced SugarBee® Apples.
  • Spoon the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap to cover completely. Gently shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • About 20 minute before serving, take the cheese ball from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and gently press the pecan mixture into the cheese ball, covering all sides.
  • Serve with crackers and sliced SugarBee® Apples.
