Method
- Place the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and honey in a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Mix in the diced SugarBee® Apples.
- Spoon the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap to cover completely. Gently shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
- About 20 minute before serving, take the cheese ball from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and gently press the pecan mixture into the cheese ball, covering all sides.
- Serve with crackers and sliced SugarBee® Apples.
