Honey Garlic Sauce
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and boil for 3 - 5 minutes, until thickened.
Crispy Pork
- Add the flour and cornstarch to a large bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the sliced pork and place in the flour mixture and toss until well coated.
- Fill a large skillet about 1/2-inch deep with oil and heat to 350°F.
- Add about half of the pork to the hot oil and fry until crispy, turning once. Remove to a paper-lined plate. Repeat with the remaining pork.
- Toss the pork in the prepared sauce and then serve over rice. Top with toasted sesame seeds and chopped onion.
