Method
- Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the spinach and cook for 1 - 2 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
- Stir in the water, milk and Knorr Creamy Garlic Shells and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 11 minutes, until pasta is softened.
- Sir in the chicken and artichokes and cook an additional minute, until heated through.
- Remove from heat and add the tomatoes, lemon zest and season with black pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
