Rosemary Spiced Pecans
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, salt, rosemary, cayenne, salt, and melted butter. Add the pecans and toss to combine until everything is coated.
- Pour the pecans onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange so they do not overlap. Bake 8 - 10 minutes, or until toasted. Set aside.
Brie Bites
- Preheat oven to 375º F.
- Roll out the crescent sheet and cut into 24 equal size squares.
- Press each crescent square into a mini muffin tin.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce into the dough and top with a brie chunk.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until pastry is browned and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, top with a rosemary spiced pecan and serve.
