Chipotle DEVILED Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 3 tbsp Hellmann's Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • red bell pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice the top third of each boiled egg and carefully scoop out the yolks. Reserve the bottom 2/3 of the egg white. Save the top third of the egg white for a snack or another recipe.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the yolks and mix in the Hellmann's Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing.
  3. Add the vinegar, salt and a dash of smoked paprika. Mix to combine.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the reserved eggs.
  5. Cut small, triangular pieces from a red bell pepper. Gently press two of these bell pepper triangles into the top of each deviled egg, creating tiny, fiery horns.
