Method
- Unroll the pizza dough and roll out slightly to a rectangle about 10"x14".
- Toss the chicken with the Carbone Marinara and then place evenly atop the prepared dough.
- Sprinkle 3/4 of both cheeses over top of the chicken.
- Starting with the long end, roll the dough up tightly.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the filled dough into 7 pieces.
- Arrange the dough into a skillet or pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheeses and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Serve with additional marinara for dipping.
Notes
Make Chicken Alfredo Pizza Rolls with a couple of quick substitutions. Change out the chicken tenders to grilled chopped chicken and swap the marinara for Carbone Alfredo Sauce. Follow the directions to make the rolls. Then serve and enjoy!
