Chicken Florentine Pasta Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 pkgs Knorr® Chicken Pasta Side
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 lightly packed cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Toss chicken, Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Chicken flavor and garlic in 13 x 9-in. baking dish. Stir in water, stirring well to separate noodles. Bake 20 minutes.
  2. Remove baking dish from oven; stir in spinach and tomatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and olive oil in cup and sprinkle over top. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked and top is lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
