Cheesy Potato Sausage Casserole 0.0 star rating

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz “fully cooked” smoked sausage or kielbasa
  • 5 cups cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes (about 2½ pounds before cooking)
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce (about 1¾ cups)
  • 4 oz Cabot Lamberton Cheddar, Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Pepper Jack, grated (about 1 cup)

Method
 

  1. CUT sausage in half lengthwise, then crosswise into slices.
  2. COMBINE in baking dish with potatoes, Alfredo sauce and about ¾ cup of cheese.
  3. SPRINKLE remaining cheese on top.
  4. BAKE at 350°F in upper third of oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
