Cheesy Ham & Rice Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion - chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 10 oz broccoli florets
  • 2 pkg Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli
  • 8 oz diced ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the onion. Cook for 3 -4 minutes, until softened and translucent.
  2. Add the water, milk, broccoli and both packages of Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
  4. Stir in the ham and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Recover and allow to stand for 3 minutes.
  6. Stir, serve and enjoy!
