Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 packages Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese - divided
  • 12 oz broccoli florets

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 
  2. Season the chicken thighs with the seasoned salt and place in a  13 x 9-in. baking dish. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Mix the Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli, water, milk, broccoli and 1/4 cup of cheese in a large bowl then pour around the chicken. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
