Preheat oven to 400º F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place the KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Sweet Rolls on the prepared pan, keeping the rolls connected. Use a sharp knife to cut a round hole in the top of each roll, about 2/3 of the way down. Remove the cut piece of bread, leaving a well for the filling.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of marinara into the each of the wells, followed by about 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella and a teaspoon of bacon pieces. Push a chicken piece into each well.
Sprinkle the remaining bacon and mozzarella over the chicken. Tent the rolls with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 2 - 4 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the start to turn golden.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan before serving.
