Method
- Preheat your oven (or air fryer!) to 400°F.
- Lay your flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto and then layer on the mozzarella, followed by the Canadian Bacon slices and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are slightly crisp.
- Remove from oven, top with fresh basil, and a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze and/or olive oil. Slice and enjoy!
