Caprese Canadian Bacon Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Whole-wheat flatbread or naan
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 4-5 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon - chopped
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella or fresh pearls
  • 1 handful of Cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze or olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven (or air fryer!) to 400°F.
  2. Lay your flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto and then layer on the mozzarella, followed by the Canadian Bacon slices and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are slightly crisp.
  4. Remove from oven, top with fresh basil, and a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze and/or olive oil. Slice and enjoy!
