Broccoli & Chicken Alfredo Bake

Servings: 4

Ingredients
  

  • cooking spray
  • 1 pkg Knorr Pasta Sides Alfredo
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup onion - chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast - chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ F and spray an 8" x 8" baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.
  2. In medium saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the onion until tender, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and garlic powder and cook an additional minute, until fragrant. Add the water and lowfat milk and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in contents of the Knorr Sides Alfredo. Boil for 7 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the broccoli and cooked chicken, then remove from heat.
  4. Spoon half of the prepared pasta in the prepared baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup of cheese. Repeat with the remaining pasta and then top with the rest of the cheese.
  5. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and begins to brown. Serve and enjoy!
