Method
- Cook the Hatfield Bacon until crispy. Let it cool slightly, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the spring mix, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced avocados and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add the crumbled Hatfield Bacon to the salad.
- Drizzle your favorite salad dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
