BLT & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Hatfield Thick Cut Hardwood Smoked Bacon - cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 10 oz Spring Mix
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 2 ripe avocados -sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese - crumbled
  • Your favorite salad dressing - I prefer ranch or a light vinaigrette

Method
 

  1. Cook the Hatfield Bacon until crispy. Let it cool slightly, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spring mix, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced avocados and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Add the crumbled Hatfield Bacon to the salad.
  4. Drizzle your favorite salad dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
