Blooming Quesadilla

Ingredients
  

  • 20 soft flour tortillas (taco/fajita size), cut into halves
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
  • 15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Taco Bell Cravings Dips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, salsa, 3 1/2 cups cheese and black beans until combined.
  3. Divide the filling over the tortilla halves and roll into a cone.
  4. Place a jar of Taco Bell Cravings Dip in the middle of a pizza pan.
  5. Arrange the rolled tortillas around the jar (cone points toward the jar) creating three layers. Remove the jar from the pan.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top of the cones and bake 15 - 18 minutes, until cheese is melted and the tortillas have crisped.
  7. To serve, place the jar of Taco Bell Cravings Dip, open and let your guests dip and enjoy!
