Melt the butter In a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually stir in the milk and beer, whisking until smooth after each addition. Add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce and cook the sauce until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add the cheddar cheese and cream cheese spread and stir until melted and smooth.
Serve warm with pretzel bites, tortilla chips, veggies or any of your favorite dippers.
