Bacon Chicken Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Knorr Sides Four Cheese Pasta
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups water
  • 10 oz cooked chicken - diced
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack or Fontina Cheese -shredded
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon - crumbled
  • 2 tbsp butter - melted
  • 1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยบ F.
  2. In medium saucepan, bring the water and milk to a boil. Stir in contents of both Knorr packages and return to a boil. Reduce heat and continue boiling gently for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the cheese. Spoon the pasta into a 2 quart casserole and top with the crumbled bacon and remaining cheese. Toss the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and breadcrumbs are toasted.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
