Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the Carbone Alfredo Sauce, cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, well-drained spinach, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and bake an additional 5 minutes, until melted.
- Serve hot with your choice of dippers.
