Alfredo Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar Carbone Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and thoroughly drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Baguette slices pita chips, or an assortment of crisp vegetables for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Carbone Alfredo Sauce, cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, well-drained spinach, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella and bake an additional 5 minutes, until melted.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of dippers.
