Scoop the gelato forming 1" balls and place on parchment paper then freeze until ready to assemble the mummies.
Place the white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and place in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Stir and heat in 30 seconds intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Dip the tip of each straw/lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then push into the prepared gelato ball. Repeat with all ice cream balls. Return to freezer for 5 minutes to set.
Working in small batches, spoon the prepared magic shell over the gelato balls. Return to the freezer to set.
Melt the chocolate wafers according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the prepared gelato balls, creating the mummy's bandages. Quickly add two eyes before the chocolate sets.
Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
