Gelato Mummy Bites

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • Talenti Pacific Coast Pistachio - or your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup white chocolate - chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate melting wafers - or white chocolate chips
  • candies - for the eyes
  • straws/lollipop sticks

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the gelato forming 1" balls and place on parchment paper then freeze until ready to assemble the mummies.
  • Place the white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and place in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Stir and heat in 30 seconds intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Dip the tip of each straw/lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then push into the prepared gelato ball. Repeat with all ice cream balls. Return to freezer for 5 minutes to set.
  • Working in small batches, spoon the prepared magic shell over the gelato balls. Return to the freezer to set.
  • Melt the chocolate wafers according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the prepared gelato balls, creating the mummy's bandages. Quickly add two eyes before the chocolate sets.
  • Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
