Instructions
Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the shrimp, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Skewer the marinated shrimp alternating with bell pepper and onion then grill over medium high heat for 3 - 4 minutes per side, until veggies are charred and shrimp is cooked through
