5-Minute Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
  

  • 4 extra large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chicken breast - shredded
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese -shredded
  • 1 cup RAGÚ® sauce + additional for serving
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheese and RAGÚ® sauce. Mix to combine.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over the 4 tortillas.
  3. Add 1/2 tablespoon of the butter to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
  4. Place one of the filled tortillas in the skillet and cook for 3 - 5 minutes, until golden.
  5. Fold to form the quesadilla, cut into triangles and serve with additional RAGÚ® sauce. Repeat to cook the remaining queadillas.
