green onions

eggs
- beaten

Hatfield Ham Steak
- chopped

cold cooked rice

teriyaki sauce
salt & pepper

Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet or wok and add the ham, peas, carrots, green onion and egg and sauté until the eggs are cooked.
Add the rice to the pan and stir fry until heated through and the rice begins to crisp about 3 – 5 minutes.
Add the teriyaki sauce and toss to combine. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with additional green onions if desired.
