Easy Chicken Parm Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ciabatta rolls - cut in half
  • 1 tbsp butter - melted
  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 chicken fillets - cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Carbona Marinara - heated
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - shredded

Instructions
 

  • Stir the garlic powder and salt into the melted butter and brush onto the cut side of the buns.
  • Heat a large skillet and cook for 4 - 6 minutes, until golden.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of the Carbona Marinara onto the bottom half of each bun.
  • Add a cooked chicken fillet and top with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Place under a broiler to melt the cheese if desired.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of the Carbona Marinara over the cheese and add the top bun. Serve and enjoy.
